▌ My practice is fundamented on a critical viewing of images and their relationship with power in its various forms. In my artistic research I try to find and articulate the relationship between aesthetics and politics, where notions of individualism connect with ideas of community and in which an image becomes a visual stimulus that, given a particular context, could condition social behaviors: each of my projects seeks the subtext of these images in order to expose the dynamics of how ideologies are [re]presented in culture.
