The poetry of gesture explores the construction of the landscape as an abstract territory and its possibilities of self-representation. We are inspired by the gesture of the landscape itself, in lines that abstract into mountainous silhouettes of familiar territories offering us a palette of land and sea. We experiment with fabrics and naturally created inks to reflect the conceptual interest we have in producing in ways that are more conscious, critical and coherent with environmental reality.
